I have been using ProKleen for several years now for my retail business. I am always pleased with the service and the results of the carpet cleaning. I have a lot of traffic in my store as well as carpet that is far from new. It always looks great after ProKleen is done cleaning it. Most recently, I had several stains from oil that had spilled out from my industrial shredder. Jim went to work and much to my amazement was able to take the stains out of the carpet. He is always persistent in his resolve to get my carpets as clean as possible. He's even worked on glue that has been stuck to the carpet. Always exceeds my expectations!!
